40 wells status

As of July 15, 2010: $22,222.18* raised!
Over 1,200 people will now have clean water!!

The first two wells have selected & funded!
They will be in the Amhara region of Ethiopia.
They will serve the Janiken and Abidag communities in the Takusa district. The Janiken well will serve 315 village residents, and the Abidag well will serve 450 villagers. That's 765 people, 2 wells, average of 382.5 each!!
GPS coordinates will be available in the next few months!
